SACM Written Consent, Transcripts, & Distant Learning Form-- Visas -- Part 9

One of the requirements for the visa is that you need to submit official transcripts.  For this step, just go to your college website and submit an official transcript request with 2 copies of your transcripts to be sent to you.

1. A copy for the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission
2. A copy for the Saudi Ministry of Education (if they need it-- they sometimes ask for it)

The expediter has also included a SACM Written Consent form to be sent to your university when you request your transcript and enrollment verification.  Here is a link to the form.  Don't worry if you don't remember your student ID, just use your social security number.  In the "To:" field, write your college or university registrar.

When you send this written consent form off to your university, you are also consenting that the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission can read your distant learning form.

Here is a link to the distant learning form:

This is the form that each of your universities have to fill out about online classes that you may have taken.  According to the Saudi Ministry of Labor, more than 50% of your bachelors degree must have been completed in person.  On this form, all you do is fill out your name, social security number, and then send it to your university registrar explaining that you need them to fill out this form and then mail it in to the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission in Washington, D.C.  Please remember that if at least 1 of your degrees was done in person, then you qualify.  For example, nowadays many people have a bachelors that they did in person and then a masters degree that they did online.  That will work!  Only one of your degrees has to have been done in person!
